Our Clinical Approach

We integrate emotionally focused therapy, parts work (IFS-informed), and psychodynamic insight within an attachment-focused and trauma-informed framework. This allows us to address the deeper patterns beneath symptoms. By fostering a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship and combining existential and values-based reflection, we support meaningful healing and help clients move toward a more integrated, authentic life.
